Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the use of all SprintCloud services. All customers must comply with this policy. Violations may result in service suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not host, store, or distribute content that is: illegal under Bangladeshi or international law, infringing on intellectual property rights, containing malware or malicious code, phishing or fraudulent in nature, or excessively resource-consuming.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Running open proxies or relays
• Cryptocurrency mining without authorization
• Port scanning or network probing
• Intentional resource abuse affecting other customers
• Using services to launch attacks against third parties

4. Resource Usage

Shared hosting accounts must operate within fair usage limits. Accounts consistently exceeding resources may be asked to upgrade or optimize their usage.

5. Enforcement

SprintCloud will investigate reported violations. Actions may include warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity.

6. Reporting Abuse

Report AUP violations to abuse@sprintcloud.net with relevant details and evidence.
