By accessing or using SprintCloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
SprintCloud provides web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, email hosting, SSL certificates, CDN, DDoS protection, and managed services. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms of each service plan.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
All prices are listed in BDT (৳) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, SSLCommerz, Bitcoin, Binance Pay, and USDT. Recurring services will be automatically renewed unless cancelled.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared, WordPress, and reseller hosting plans. VPS and dedicated server refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Domain registrations are non-refundable.
SprintCloud guarantees 99.99% uptime for all hosting services. Service credits will be issued for any downtime exceeding the SLA. See our SLA page for full details.
Either party may terminate the service at any time. SprintCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
SprintCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
